Full Project Management
We take responsibility for managing the construction process end to end. This includes coordinating labour-only builders, engaging and managing subcontractors, overseeing programme and costs, and guiding the project through to Code of Compliance sign-off. Best suited for clients who want a single point of control throughout the build.
Client Representation
We act as your independent construction advisor, working alongside your chosen consultants and contractors. We review pricing, assess progress claims, advise on invoices and contracts, and manage communication between all parties. Ideal when you want expert oversight without handing over full control.
